How To Help

Donate My Stuff

Item Donations- Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. These items are turned into cash via sales in our Thrift Store, which accounts for approximately 75% of Care Help’s income. Just by donating your new and gently used items to Care Help, you ARE making a difference. We are thankful for your help!

To donate, drive around back to our warehouse door where someone will unload for you. Please check what you are donating before your personal items get mixed in.

Examples of donations: New or gently used items. We do take specialty vintage and antique items in good shape. Furniture, electronics, clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, crafts, home decor, kitchen items, linens, toys, books, CDs, DVDs. See list below of what we do not accept. Please take hangers off of clothing. We do take hangers to sell in bundles, but use our own hangers to display clothing in our thrift store.

Furniture Pick Up: If you don't have a truck, we can pick up if it follows our guidlines and areas. Please make an effort to drop off since we are limited with our schedule. If you are donating a bed, it must be complete, as in, headboard, footboard and bed frame-no missing parts. We do not pick up garage sale items, but will consider large furniture. Please call 528-2273 to be placed on our driver's schedule.

Please note: Check our website calendar or Facebook page for holiday, weather, or other donation drop off closures. Our Saturday donation drop off, along with our thrift store will be closed on Saturdays and will reopen at a later date in 2025. You can also check our Facebook page for updates and upcoming events.

Care Help values your donations. However, we may decline a donation if it does not align with our thrift store’s criteria or is in an unsuitable state.
